The office of Program Accountability & Risk Management (PARM) is the lead body responsible for overseeing the acquisition process and assessing the status of acquisition programs, managing the oversight of Programs throughout various agencies and other headquarters organizations. One of the many challenges that PARM faces when managing the oversight of the acquisition programs is that data lives in many places and in many formats, in some cases outside of PARM's direct access and control. It is critical for PARM stakeholders to manage and analyze program data, operate quickly and efficiently while gathering information, streamlining data, minimizing risk, and consistently validating all information received for accuracy.

Proveo’s objective was to build a scaled end-to-end Data Analytics Platform to efficiently manage PARM’s acquisition program portfolios tracking Component Program’s costs, schedules, and performance for programs across DHS Components. Standardize business processes, and data by applying business rules, assist PARM in understanding the health of their programs, in order to make better decisions, and make recommendations to improve the portfolios, enabling PARM to make evidence-based decisions, and include features for business and operational intelligence. Proveo successfully delivered a fully functional Data Analytics Platform into Production in June 2023 which provides widespread usage by PARM and DHS’ Components as their primary source data application. The application is in a cloud environment with an approved Authority to Proceed (ATP), pending approval and authority to operate(ATO) in the Spring of 2024.
